“How can drip marks be removed from the door panel? It is “black” (not black stainless). We’ve had to replace the panel already once, due to damage caused by a cleaning product used on earlier drips. So we want to make sure we don’t damage it again!”

• Use a mild warm soap solution and a soft cloth. No abrasives, chlorine and abrasive sponges. Rinse well

• i’d go with white vinegar and water on clean MICROFIBER. cleaners and papertowel is a bad idea.

• Hi Carol, thank you for your question regarding Model:SHPM65Z56N. Per the Use and Care Manual: Regularly wipe the front of the appliance with a damp cloth - water and a small amount of liquid soap is adequate. . For stubborn dirt, use warm water diluted with a non-abrasive, mild cleansing soap.
