Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We bought this model first at Lowes. After 4 weeks, one of it's dual compressors went out. They had no inventory on a replacement and it would be 2 months to get a new one , so we got a refund. Lowes was very good about this. We went to Best Buy because they had a new one in stock and we bought it. When they delivered it on 11/2 the right door handle had a stripped screw. The delivery guy called customer service and told us he ordered a new door handle and we would have it in 3 days. (No option offered on handles). We still don't have the part, according to Best Buy they can't give us a replacement handle, only a new refrigerator to fix a stripped screw. this is insane. I will never buy Bosch refrigerator again, nor buy from Best Buy.
