Q: QuestionWhen will this dishwasher be made available in San Antonio, tx? I see previous questions about this and the Bosch rep told the customer to contact their local Best Buy store. I did contact Best Buy and they said they do not know and to check with Bosch.

Q: QuestionWill this machine fit a cabinet rough opening that measures 23 5/8" in width? I've measured the rough (or "cut-out") opening multiple times. It IS 23 5/8" top to bottom with no plus or minus.

• A:Answer Thank you for your question James, the required cut out size is as follow : Cut-Out Height 33 9/10 inches, Cut-Out Width 23 3/5 inches , Cut-Out Depth 24 inches. The minimum height required for installation is 860mm. Hope this helps

Q: QuestionHow can I trouble shoot Crystal Dry option on 60 speed setting? Crystal Dry will work with all other settings, but not 60 speed. It did for the first month, but no longer able to couple with 60 speed option.

• A:Answer Late to the party, but crystal dry alone takes an additional 40 min to run, so my guess is it wont let you enable it if you want a wash in the quick 60 min cycle.

Q: QuestionDoes this model come with a steam deflector or vapor barrier to protect the countertop? We didn't see one and the installation manual is not clear whether or not model SHXM78Z55M should have it.

• A:Answer Hi Jakki, thank you for your question and interest in Model:SHXM78Z55N. This Model with the Crystal Dry does not include a moisture barrier as the door does not open when drying. Our 500 Series with AutoAir does include a moisture barrier.
