• A:Answer Hi Angel! Thank you for your question! For the Bosch model SGV78C53UC dishwasher, the custom door panel requires a width of 23 1/8” – 23 3/8” and a height of 25 ¾” – 28 ¼”. The recommended panel thickness is ¾” and the weight should be between 6-18 pounds. A 24” wide panel can also be used depending on the cabinet design. Elbow connection with 3/4" female hose; threads on one end fit your water supply line on the other. 2. Water inlet hose; minimum 3/8" outer diameter copper tubing or metal braided dishwasher supply line. * Both the elbow and the water inlet hose can be found in the dishwasher supply kit SMZSH1ABUC.* 3. Shut-off valve and fittings; appropriate for hot water supply line.

• A:Answer Hi Cathy, thanks for your question and interest in model # SHV78CM3N. The required dimensions for the custom door panel are as follows: Height: 27 1/2" - 30 1/8", Width: 23 1/8" - 23 3/8". A 24" wide panel may be used depending on the cabinet design. Measured from the bottom edge of the countertop, the recommended panel thickness is 3/4". This dishwasher can accept custom door panel weights ranging from 7 to 24 lbs.; however, the dishwasher comes from the factory ready for custom panel door weights from 11 to 18 lbs. If you plan on using a door panel that is not 11 to 18 lbs., please contact customer service at 1-800-944-2904. Q: QuestionCan you set a delayed start from the dishwasher controls itself? Or are you required to use the mobile app? I’d prefer not to use the mobile app, and just set a 1 or 2 hr delay from the dishwasher control panel

• A:Answer I hate this implementation. I do not mind that I have to set up thru the ap but store the delay time in favorite and let me start it in delayed mode from the dishwasher control panel. I do not want to chase down my phone when I am loading the dishwasher just so I can delay the start of the unit. This was a terrible design decision and I would not have bought this unit if I had realized that this required me to use my phone everytime I wanted to start the unit.
