• A:Answer The two models are basically the same. The only difference I know of is the ENS doesn't have handles and the SNS does. The SNS model also has the Bosch logo on the door. I recently purchased the ENS model but haven't had it long enough to post a review.

Q: QuestionIs unit fingerprint resistant and are the doors and freezer drawer easy-close?

• A:Answer No and No. Constantly wiping it down to remove fingerprints. Main doors do not close easily and often do not close at all if not very focused when shutting door. My old cheap Samsung's doors closed easily and by themselves, never an issue. A very weak quiet beep begins emitting when door is ajar, which happens often. If you're not nearby however you can't hear it, but there is no way to turn up volume, factory set at whisper beep. Unfortunate issues as it is a very handsome looking unit.

• A:Answer There is no logo on the front of the fridge that we have. It helps to make the look more sleek and custom. The Bosch logo can only be seen when you open the refrigerator, it is located at the top where the menu for adjusting settings is. Hope this helps you in your decision

• A:Answer You will have 1/2 inch at the back. The 72 inch height is at the front top of the door hinge only. So it will fit perfectly and look like it’s a custom fit. You’ll enjoy the extra room in front especially if you have a fridge that sticks out and has handles.

Q: QuestionThe space in which this would go is 72 1/8 “ H, 37” W. The Best Buy guide says the 72” x 35 5/8” unit will not fit. Did anyone who bought this have a similar issue, bought it anyway and it fit OK? What is the minimum required opening? Thanks.

• A:Answer We've had an external drawer for years and can't imagine getting another fridge without one. You can set at any one of multiple temps (and I think there's one out there, don't remember brand, that allows you to freeze in the drawer as well). Where this is handy: fast-cooling wine or bottled water, or super-cooling meet so it lasts longer. We use our drawer for left-overs, which last longer in temps cooler than in the fridge--and left-overs don't get lost in larger fridge area. Most extrnal drawers have 3-4 flexible size sections so you can keep bottles in one section and/or separate food types. The Bosch one, IMO, is a failure: Only two rigid (not flexible) sections, and Bosch tries to force you into using the drawer for fruits and vegetables with their FreshProtect--which greatly limits flexibility of the drawer and forces you back to their very fragile too-shallow in-fridge bin.

• A:Answer Nothing is fingerprint proof. You don’t notice most of the smudges due to the recessed built in handles. If need be go onto Norwex’s web site and get one of their microfiber towels that impede bacteria this way you don’t have to use any harsh products and just one quick wipe and done. There is a very big difference in their towels not all are created equal.

Q: QuestionDoes this unit require ventilation to the back if installed in the exact cutout space? I can't tell if the cooling air for the compressor can come from the front when installed.

• A:Answer Hi Bill, thank you for your question and interest in Model:B36CL80ENS. Required cutout size (H x W x D) (in.) 72" x 36" x 25". The cutout depth of 25" includes the required 1" airflow. The electrical covers on the back of unit do not require additional depth.
