Yes it can omit the drying cycle. This models cycles are very customizable. Also multiple size bowls fit easily in the bottom rack as the tines are able to be moved as needed.

The drying cycle cannot be omitted but you may leave the door open after the cycle is completed to help better dry plastic items. Please refer to page 20 of the Use and Care manual for loading patterns.
