• A:Answer Yes it can omit the drying cycle. This models cycles are very customizable. Also multiple size bowls fit easily in the bottom rack as the tines are able to be moved as needed.

Q: QuestionWe don't see a light on the floor. Is our Benchmark Series 24" Top Control defective, or does this model just not have that feature?

• A:Answer Hi Cali, thank you for your question! Some of our dishwasher models feature an InfoLight® that projects a solid beam of light onto the floor to indicate that the cycle is running. However, our Benchmark® Series models have a TimeLight® feature located in the pocket handle. While the cycle is running, the TimeLight® feature displays status information such as delay time, cycle information, or remaining time. Q: QuestionOur new dishwasher is noticeably louder than our last one. It was a 42db and this is a 38db. Is there something that should have been installed with it like insulation? I’m surprised at how much louder it is.

Q: QuestionDo the tines on the bottom rack slide sideways to make a larger opening to fit bowls upright? If you pre-wash the dishes, how often do you have to clean the filter?

Q: QuestionI have it set for normal and sanitize. It runs 2:30 hours counting down. When it’s done no lights are on, no indication the sanitize function works. Is this a malfunction? Display says nothing afterwards, completely blank.

Q: QuestionHello, I just got this installed today and ran the cycle. When it was done there was no indication of anything, no light saying it’s clean, no light saying the dishes are now sanitized since I used the sanitized cycle. Is that right? Is that how it is?
