- Answer This device is designed to receive a signal from a smartphone/tablet and have it play through an audio system as opposed to transmitting a signal from a TV to a sound system, so this adapter is not the right type of product for your needs. While Bose doesn't make a Bluetooth transmitter, there are many other companies out there that do.

- Answer Hello Jimmy. Absolutely. You would connect the Bose Bluetooth Audio Adapter to an input on the stereo which would allow you to connect wirelessly from the iPod Touch to the Bose Bluetooth Audio Adapter and listen to audio wirelessly that way. Thanks!

- Answer Hello there. The Bose Bluetooth Audio Adapter connects to a device using digital optical or analog 3.5mm connections and does not have a 30 pin iPod connection, so it would not work in a car. It also needs to be powered by a wall outlet. Thanks for the question!

- Answer Yes, but you'll need an optical switch as well to switch between the tv sound and another other Bluetooth device. I have the Bose cinemate 10. Works like a charm

- Answer You may certainly connect to the Cinemate system if you would like to enjoy your music wirelessly. Keep in mind that system only has 1 input so you'll need to disconnect whichever component is currently connected.

- Answer If there is no audio playing and there has been no interaction with the system by the user, the system will turn off automatically after 20 minutes. Any incoming audio or system interaction within this period will prevent the system from turning itself off .
