A:AnswerI'm actually using an Android version QC 20 on my MacBook Pro now. Mine is an old MacBook Pro, 2010, running High Sierra. I know this is an old question, but for any one looking for this answer now, the pause button works fine on my Mac. I hit the button, and it opened iTunes, which was not open at the time, and began playing. Hitting the button again pauses the song.
A:AnswerI'm not sure, however, if you can find a store with them on display, you probably can hook them up to your phone. The Bose store encourages you to hook them up to your music. Hopefully, it works for you. Good luck.
A:AnswerAcoustic Noise Cancelling and Aware mode will work regardless of what type of phone the QC20s are plugged into. The inline microphone and three-button remote of the QC20 headphones are designed for use with either select Apple products or select Samsung Galaxy Smartphones. Other functionality may be limited, as follows: basic audio playback and answer/end will function normally, but additional track, volume and voice controls will not function
A:AnswerThis would be a personal comfort issue but I do use it while exercising. However, if you sweat a lot it may get uncomfortable as the ear tips are silicone and do not wick sweat. But if your concern is staying in position, just pick the right size tips (they come with 3 different sizes) and you should not have an issue.
A:AnswerThe difference between the QC20 and QC20i headphones is that the QC20i's include volume controls specifically for Apple products. The QC20's are still compatible with the iPhone 5S, though do not include volume controls. We hope this helps.
