Does best buy carry bose rechargable batteries? null

The QC20i headphones do not feature a user replaceable battery. Service for these headphones would be handled by Bose directly. Thanks!

The batteries are not user replaceable. They do seem to have a very long life though.

The battery is sealed inside the device, it is not replaceable.

The battery is not removable. You charge your entire headset the way your charge your phone. However, you can use the earbuds when the battery is off. Only problem is that you get spoiled with the noise-canceling feature and when you listen to your music using the regular "aware" setting, it sounds terrible.
