The QC20i headphones do not feature a user replaceable battery. Service for these headphones would be handled by Bose directly. Thanks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The batteries are not user replaceable. They do seem to have a very long life though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The battery is sealed inside the device, it is not replaceable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The battery is not removable. You charge your entire headset the way your charge your phone. However, you can use the earbuds when the battery is off. Only problem is that you get spoiled with the noise-canceling feature and when you listen to your music using the regular "aware" setting, it sounds terrible.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The battery is not replacable. It is in a sealed electonics unit near the plug on the earphones. You can only recharge the batteries in the unit, and not while you are listening.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These headphones don't have replaceable batteries. They can be recharged by plugging them into a USB port with the included cable. They use the same micro USB as most cellphones, so you can also use a cellphone cable to charge them.
