Q: QuestionI would like to be able to connect these headphones to my computer via the USB port, How long is the included cord and are longer cords available for purchase? Thank you,

• A:Answer If your plan is to charge the headphones with a long USB cord, you can buy a really long one. (I believe the longest is 15 feet) The headphones use a micro-USB connector for charging. The USB port is ONLY for charging as far as I can tell. If you want to run a wire between your computer and headphones for audio, you will need to use the included audio cable. Generic extension cables for headphones are available if you need the cord to be longer.

• A:Answer It's clearly labeled on the mesh covering the speakers inside the headphone. You can't miss it. I never look anymore because the buttons are designed to be controlled with your thumbs, so when I pick up the headphones I just make sure my thumbs are on the buttons before I put them on.

• A:Answer The manual PDF is on their website, but why not download the app? You can customize the headphone name and, more importantly, control what devices are paired to the headphone. You can also adjust the level of noise cancellation. There are times when it's handy to turn it off.

• A:Answer Yes, but they are not comfortable to sleep in. If you sleep on your back and have a firm pillow or no pillow or you sleep sitting upright then maybe they'll be okay, but I would not recommend using them for this. Bose has a noise cancelling headphone for sleep that may be a better fit for you.

• A:Answer I wear the Bose QC 35 II both with and without my in-the-canal hearing aids. They are excellent either way and the noise reduction is the best of any model of Bose headset I have used all the way back to the original QC. My speech recognition is better when using the hearing aids with the headset but the volume is fine when adjusted for use with or without the hearing aids.
