• A:Answer yes, if you want to buy Bose ... otherwise, as long as you apply +2.5V DC in the right channel wire (red wire, jack ring) the Bose SB600 sees any analog subwoofer as a Bose model 700 hardwired ... nice trick uh?

Q: QuestionJust purchased the Samsung QN50QN90CAF tv with the Sonos Beam and Mini Sub. Sonos soundbar sounds ok when watching tv, however if I stream something from Roku (attached to tv through hdmi 2.1) the sonos doesn't play any sound. Is it me or not possible?

Q: QuestionI have an older Bose 600 sound bar and a new bass module 500. I can’t connect the BM500 to the SB, it doesn’t show up in the app nor does it connect using a cable. What am I doing wrong or are they not compatible?

• A:Answer The Soundbar is designed to work as the center and front left and right speakers when used with our surround speakers. It would not be possible to be used with a non Bose audio setup.

• A:Answer The Soundbar has a single HDMI connection to connect to the TVs HDMI ARC/eARC connection. You would need to ensure your TV has enough HDMI connections to suit the number of devices you wish to connect.

• A:Answer Set up can be tricky, especially the Bose Music app. I have Samsung tv but Cox cable. TV on off not an issue for me. I had difficulty with the setup too and so although I didn’t really want to I paid the Geek Squad $99 to install. I think it was worth it. All functions work great. I really enjoy the product. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionIs it possible to use the Bose 600 as rear surround speaker paired with Bose Ultra smart 900? If so, is there a major delay in using the 600 as surrounds while the 900 runs via eARC?

• A:Answer You can pair these within the Bose Music app, however this is for listening to music, if you use this for TV there will be a clear audio to video delay due to the processing between the items. If you want rear speakers for your product, look at the Surround Speakers 700

Q: QuestionI have a bose 600 soundbar, but. When I go on Bose music app and select from my TV All I get Dolby digital+ and not Dolby. Atmos, The movies on prime and should be Dolby atmos, what am doing wrong????

• A:Answer I believe your issue is that your TV does not support Dolby Atmos and only supports Dolby+. When you set up your soundbar with your TV, your TV should automatically either choose the best possible option or choose Dolby Atmos if it is available. Hope this helps!
