QuestionI have both an Amazon Music Library and Audible Books on my Cellphone will I be able to access both of these while using wireless buds, especially Audible is the reason I am interested in purchasing these buds.

- Answer Yes, with a caveat. The right earbud will work without the left, the left will not (as far as I know) work without the right. My understanding is that the right is the primary earbud and initiates the Bluetooth connection, the left earbud has a reserved Bluetooth connection to the right, and connects thru the right earbud. This being necessary for the synced sound. That being said there might be some workaround to use the left by itself, but as I have never just wanted the left earbud I have not looked for one. I have, on occasion, used just the right.

QuestionI wanted to register to my SoundSport Free in the Bose website bought in store in NYC, but when I enter the Serial Number indicated in the box with SN, the I get a warning that says the SN number is either incorrect or doesn't exist. Can someone help me?

- Answer Same thing happened to me, but I emailed support and they asked me to give them the serial numbers of each side of the SoundSport so they can properly register it for me. They are very prompt by the way. I got an answer in less than 2 hours via email.

QuestionAre they Bluetooth and can I answer my phone and talk from them do they have a microphone as well and how good is the reception

- Answer Yes, they work well connected to a cell phone for phone calls. I'll often answer calls while listening to music. After the call the music will resume playing. Unlike the SoundSport Wireless and the QC35II headphones that I also have these will only connect to one device at a time.

- Answer I got it today. But I'm returning it because the video and audio is not sync. There are about 1 - 2 seconds delay. Don't buy it if you want to use it to watch video, such as youtube, Netflix etc.

- Answer Yes. Keep in mind there is some stereophonic sound difference from right and left ear. So, for example, one might here more base than the other. Also You will need to stay within a reasonable distance of each other. 40 to 50 feet. Maybe more, but I know this will work.

- Answer Yes, the ear buds are awesome. The case automatically charges the buds, no turning buds off when putting them away! I'm averaging about 5-6 hours of continuous play without running completely out of power.

QuestionJust bought these from Best Buy and they’ve been cutting out way too much. I tried resetting my connection with my phone which I thought improved the issue but only lasted for 5 min. Then it was back to a poor signal cutting out constantly. Advice?

- Answer Yes, I have had similar issues and more often just the left ear piece losing signal. I have had better service by placing my phone in my front pants pocket vs rear pocket. Also shutting off my WIFI on my phone has improved connection.
