A:AnswerIt depend on the warranty you got. Some don’t cover accidents. If it is a factory defect or they just stoped working then just email Bose and they’ll send you a new pair.
A:AnswerI don’t believe so. I have an allergy to latex and I’ve had no reaction to them. I think they’re silicon. The Bose website should say for sure.
A:AnswerIf you're not using the Bose app, that could be the problem. I would also check your settings while the headphones are connected to your phone and see if it says that the headphones are connected for both audio, (media), and calls.

A:AnswerI also have Bests wireless Studio headphones and they have a great volume. The Bose are controlled by the highest output From your smart phone. I personally think they meet the level of loudness without any sound distortion!
A:AnswerI’m not sure about officially noise canceling but my kids have scared me multiple times by sneaking up on me when I have them in. LOL. When they try to talk to me I can’t hear what they are saying and have to take the headphones out. :)
