- Answer The Bose SoundTouch 10 Wireless Music System does have a 3.5mm AUX input that you can use to connect to other devices with an audio output, including a TV.

QuestionCan two of these only connect to each other by wifi and not Bluetooth ?

- Answer Thank you for asking. We understand that there can be confusion with the two different types of wireless technologies with SoundTouch. The devices require a home wifi network to talk to each other and play music in sync. However, as far as connectivity to your audio device (cell phone/tablet), you can stream your apps through Bluetooth. The device will pair to the closer of the two speakers and the first speaker will rebroadcast the audio signal to the second speaker over wifi. QuestionDo you have speakers you can place in a car on the floor without doing any kind of install. The speakers would sit on the floor in a car secured for safety. Could the speakers work when using my IPhone. Using Spotify, or pandora with Bluetooth.

- Answer Yes it comes with a remote but also works (requires really) a smart phone app that functions as a remote as well. As a result I set the remote down after I opened the box and have no idea where it is now :).

QuestionWhat will happen if a user is logged into and using the system (from a laptop) and a second user tries to login from another device (ex. I phone)?

- Answer The system will show the device as busy. I have 5 devices and they can all be used independently at the same time or all as one system (same music playing). I have been able to shut down a device that was connected to another user and basically hijack the device after powering it back up.

- Answer The Bose SoundTouch 10 2-pk system will receive bluetooth audio and share with all speakers connected using WiFi. The Bose speakers will be on your local Wi Fi and share the music! You may choose to use the speakers in a stereo pair, or a "mono" channel over multiple speakers. This is set up in the Bose SoundTouch app.

QuestionI just bought a pair of SoundTouch 10 speakers & would like to know how to operate the remote controls, were the batteries incl.? Also how to use the nos. 1-6 on top of speaker, etc my Samsung chromebk laptop is not compat.? what's next Thanks Joe

- Answer Hello joeb1956, Thanks for the question. We can certainly help you out. The batteries are included for the remote, and the presets 1-6 can be set up using the SoundTouch app which can be downloaded on your Apple or Android device. We recommend that you double check the Bluetooth adapter on the Samsung Chromebook to be sure it supports A2DP. We want to make sure you are getting the most out of your SoundTouch speakers. - Answer Hello giorgia, Thank you for the great question. In the SoundTouch app, select the system in the device tray. Then, click on the gear icon to open Speaker details and click "Create Stereo Pair". You will then be prompted with instructions and shown how to the set the Left and Right speaker. To check availability for your favorite stations, we recommend searching on the above services' websites. If you can find your favorite stations available with any of the above services, they will be available on any Bose SoundTouch system. - Answer yes you can play from any device with Blue tooth capabilities or you can use the auxiliary input . I haven't tried either as of yet . I set up the speakers with the Bose App through our wireless network and have only streamed music to date Hope this helps

Question*Can I use these inside or outside if I have a wireless setup? How far can they be from the home wireless? Or iPhone? Can I just also use in 2 bedrooms and carry them outside when I need them? I am hard of hearing. Need good sound and small & portable!!

- Answer These speakers are easy to move from one place to the other including outside, but they are not waterproof and do not have a battery. So, as long as your Wi-Fi sign is strong enough outside, they should be fine. The distance will depend more on the strength of your wireless signal than on these speakers. They will provide excellent sound and can be turned up quite loudly.

- Answer You may add multiple speakers and choose what each is playing through the app.You can 'group' speakers together using different programming. You can also group speakers into stereo pairs.
