- Answer Hello TSM, thanks for your question! The SoundTouch 20 III does feature a USB port but this is used for service only. You cannot stream music via a USB stick.

QuestionCan I connect a karaoke mic to a Bose Sound Touch 20 speaker? If yes, how? It doesnt matter if the mic is wireless or not. Thank you.

- Answer Hey JagZ, Great question! Using a microphone with the SoundTouch 20 is not recommended. The speaker utilizes active equalization to enhance and deliver the fantastic sound you would expect from a Bose speaker. This also adds a level of latency which would be distracting when used in a live scenario.

- Answer Thank you for your inquiry. No, the SoundTouch 20 III is not capable of playing audio via the USB ports. These ports are intended to be used for initial SoundTouch setup with a computer, or for software/firmware updates only. That being said, you can certainly connect external media devices using the available 3.5mm AUX input. We hope this helps!

- Answer Thank you for your question. Yes, the SoundTouch 20 series III speaker does not have a built-in rechargeable battery. It needs to be connected to a power source. The system will connect to your home Wi-Fi network to stream music wirelessly, as well as synchronize with other SoundTouch speakers wirelessly. If you are looking for a speaker that was engineered for "on-the-go" use, we'd recommend looking at our SoundLink Bluetooth family of products. We hope this helps!

QuestionI love my Sound touch 20 so much, I'd like to purchase another one. Will channels sync with the delayed echo (like the one you hear when playing multiple tv's on the same channel) or will they sync and play simultaneously?

- Answer I have a SoundTouch 10 and a 20. I love the multi room sync. I do not notice any echo if done through the app where you tell it multiple speakers. If you just individually set both to the same Chanel there is the echo you talk about. Using the app and using the sync feature no lag, echo at all.

- Answer The internet radio function is very simple to find local stations, and if you want to listen to certain stations that are on iheartradio, you can do that, too. With the two combined ways of listening to radio, I easily found the stations I wanted, local and afar. This speaker is much, much easier to use than any I've seen. Go to the store and try it out.

QuestionLove the sound great music but when u use the channel presets songs are not insic with titles on the screen. About one song behind. Have unplugged unit and has not helped. When u bluetooth all titles sinc with music. Kind of troublsome. Any suggestions ?

- Answer Hello! Thank you for your interest in our SoundTouch 20 III System! There is no battery in this product, and this is designed for use near a power socket. This system is auto sensing 100-240 V, at 50-60 Hz. As such, provided you're using the right power socket/cables, this can be used in countries with different voltages! We hope this helps!
