• Hi bryanw, thank you for your interest in the SoundWear Companion Wireless Wearable speaker. The product is not engineered with AptX Low Latency technology. The speaker uses Bluetooth version 4.2. Hope this helps! Jesse - Bose Support

• I don't believe so but if you believe you can tell the difference in the various variations of Bluetoof then you've got better ears than me! In all honesty, I think, not feel, these 'phones do an excellent job of reproducing music. I listen to a lot of music and these do not wear me out like some 'phones are prone to do. If that variant of Bluetoof is important to you, double check with Bose my friend! Good luck and all the best!
