“I connected the Soundwear to my Samsung TV and the volume controls will not adjust the volume up or down. Is there a fix to this problem as the Soundwear is useless if this cannot be resolved.”

Unfortunately not that I have been able to find. I have a samsung tv as well and worked with support to find a solution but to no avail. I ended up pairing to my Apple TV which did allow me to control the volume up and down. I’m sure if you have a Bluetooth capable streaming device you could pair directly to that.

If your TV does not support the profile then the volume will be fixed and unable to be adjusted.
