• I have an iphone 6S plus and it does fit in the cradle with no problems. I hope this gives you an idea of the size it will fit.

• There are several phones made by LG so this is kind of a hard question to answer due to it's ambiguity. Though I have a fairly large phone (Nexus 6 which is about 3.5in wide) and it fits just fine even with a case on it.
