A:AnswerNo, the answer from Breville Customer Support is wrong. It cannot be adjusted at all. You cannot hold down the F/C° button for three seconds or any other combination of buttons. It cannot be adjusted on this model, you must buy the air fryer pro (+$120) for this feature. Real bummer because otherwise this would probably be a great oven. As is, if anyone is sleeping in your house when the buzzer goes off, game over
