QuestionEverything you read says don’t spray cleaner on the oven and don’t touch the heating elements so how do you clean the ceiling on the Breville BOV900. Can you turn the oven upside down to clean it or do you stand on your head?

- Answer Cleaning the interior of the Breville® BOV900 Smart Oven® Air should be relatively easy with a soft slightly damp cloth using a non-abrasive dish washing detergent that works well on grease.

- Answer The frozen button sets it to the ideal mod for frozen foods. Frozen foods can be cooked on a normal bake setting as well.

- Answer No, the answer from Breville Customer Support is wrong. It cannot be adjusted at all. You cannot hold down the F/C° button for three seconds or any other combination of buttons. It cannot be adjusted on this model, you must buy the air fryer pro (+$120) for this feature. Real bummer because otherwise this would probably be a great oven. As is, if anyone is sleeping in your house when the buzzer goes off, game over
