“With the Impress having a water tank in back, what is the minimum clearance needed to remove the tank? I've got 20 inches total available. If doesn't need to be lifted out fully to remove sideways, should be good (just detach and slide to side). thx”

The tank will needed to be raised at least 6 inches to be removed.

Please try again later.Unless your upper cabinets are as deep as the counter, you can order an appliance dolly that the espresso machine sits on that rolls out from under the upper cabinet when you need to fill the water reservoir or bean hopper. I ordered on from Amazon made of bamboo with four small wheels. It only adds about an inch to the overall height of the espresso machine. There are many types and options on Amazon. Works great
