A:AnswerThe Combi Air Fryer pan is solid, not mesh. I think the key is using very little fat. I did some sweet potato fries and there was no dripping. I actually wish there was a mesh insert for the Combi pan. I think the food would crisp better as there would be more air circulation. Hope this helps.
