- Answer The internal cooking area for the BOV450 is (W) 11” x (D) 10” x (H) 4”. A 9x13 pan will not fit in this model.

- Answer While not Teflon, which is a brand name, we do use a non-stick coating. Our coating does have PTFE, but is not made with PFOA.

QuestionHow long is the cord? Is the cord in the middle of the back or one of the sides of the oven? If on the side, which side? I keep having to return toaster ovens because the cords are not only too short, but on the wrong side for my outlet.

- Answer I just measured the same model that's pretty old. It's about 36" long. I'm assuming the new one is the same since everything else appears to be. When facing the Breville, it's on back and very close to the right side.

QuestionMy oven is new. It makes a clicking sound every 5 to 10 seconds while on the Pizza program. It was recommended to run this for 15 minutes before first use and during this time I found this annoying and was wondering if something is wrong.

- Answer The walls on the inside of the oven feature a non-stick coating for easy cleaning. To clean any spattering that may occur, wipe the walls with a soft, damp sponge. A non-abrasive liquid cleanser or mild spray solution may be used to avoid build-up of stains. Apply the cleanser to the sponge, not the oven. surface, before cleaning. Avoid touching the quartz heating elements.

- Answer Depends on what you call interior. The baking tray is 10x10. With the rack in the lowest slot, it's just under 4" before you would contact the upper heating elements.

- Answer Inherent in the design of a toaster oven appliance, in comparison to a traditional upright toaster, is that the toast is in effect laying on a wire rack, and free of obstruction on the top. The wire rack naturally deflects a significant amount of radiant heat, and therefore toasting less than the top of the bread, which is exposed to the heating elements without the rack in the way.

- Answer Within reason. If whatever you're baking fits in the cavity without touching the top or sides, then yes, you can use the oven as you would a regular oven. Keep in mind that the smaller size of this oven means that it heats up quickly and you'll need to set the temp LOWER than the regular oven. I set it to 25 degs lower than the recipe specifies.
