QuestionWhen I open the door, it makes a catching noise, it doesn't just open, almost like something might be misaligned? When the door closes, it stops just before the auto close, but when pushed a bit more, the auto close works perfectly. Is this normal?

QuestionI see the width is 20.4331" when door is closed. What is the total width when the door is open? I have 21 1/16" (21.0625") available so I am not sure if I will be able to open the door. Thank you.

QuestionThanks for the answer for smooth wave Breville. Height 12.5” plus 8”, placing on counter with overhead cabinet, only part would have the clearance. Would this cause a problem?

- Answer For proper ventilation while in operation, it is strongly recommended that the Breville® BMO850 Smooth Wave™ Microwave have a minimum of 4 inches on all sides and 8 inches over head of clear space.

QuestionWhy isn't the clock LCD on the 1.2 cf and why does the screen go so dark that it is impossible to see the clock? The smaller oven has a nice bright LCD clock that stays on all the time. What gives?

- Answer Yes the clock is useless you cannot see it. On the compact wave it is illuminated so you can see it. It does not go dark in standby mode.

QuestionWhat are the interior cavity dimensions? in inches

- Answer QB If the width (W) of the cavity is only 3 inches as that answer shows, how can the 12.4 inch diameter turntable fit inside ???? The height (H) of 9 inches looks credible. The depth (D) of 13 inches also looks to be correct. But NOT the 3 inch width (W).
