A:AnswerI wouldn't recommend this as a picture scanner if you are looking for very high quality scans. This is designed for documents. The max quality is 600dpi. Most flatbed scanners, including the ones combined with printers, will give you much better than that. Works great for documents.
A:AnswerYes, BUT you need to manually scan side one then turn it over and feed it in for side two. Time to do this can be adjusted as well. I use it like this a lot. The next model up would do double sided scanning without having to manually do it.
