- Answer If the fax machine is attached to the computer by way of a USB cable, you should be able to connect it in one USB port and connect the ds620 in another USB port.

QuestionI have loved my Brother DSMobile 620 though once I upgraded my MAC to OS 10.15.1, it will no longer work! I can't tell you how many times I have tried to reinstall the software. I always receive the message initialize failed. Any suggestions?
