• Works with my MacBook Air so I presume it works with MacBook Pro; same OS

• Yes. Works easily with MacBook Pro. Just don't plan on heavy duty scanning. Unit broke after 2 days' use and I returned it. I replaced with a flatbed scanner. It's not easily portable but it does the job I needed for a scanner
