Yes as soon as it’s scanned you can email it. I have a Mac book pro and a iPhone 8 and have most of my important documents loaded on both.

If you want to download them into a cell phone I would say scan your pages into dropbox, one drive or something and have it linked to your cell phone. Might also be a great way to send to your office.
