“Worked great until latest Win 10 update (V 1909, Build 18363.592); Scan works fine but will not print. Windows sees printer, tells me driver is wrong. Have un & reinstalled full Brother software, even reinstalled Win10, no joy. Help, advice, anyone?”

What a bummer. I had to install the latest Win 10 package just last week from scratch and haven't had any problems with the printer. Have you called Brother and MS tech support?
