QuestionMy printer is less than a year old. I do not use it much and it still has a lot of ink in the cartridges but it will not print anything. It sounds like it is printing but only emits blank paper. What can I do?

- Answer Brother does not manufacture sublimation ink and we recommend using only Brother genuine ink cartridges. The Brother MFCJ995DW use LC3033 high yield and LC3035 super high yield cartridges. - Answer The setup took me about 30-45 minutes. I am technologically challenged so I have to read the manuals for everything. For this printer, I went on line and downloaded the manual, read the applicable parts and read the instructions that came in the box, and then the set up took me 30-45 minutes.

- Answer The Brother MFC-J995DW has faxing capabilities. The printer is designed to stop all printing operations when any of the ink cartridges have reached their end of life. If one or more colors are low, you have the option to change the setting to print in a grayscale.
