Yes, you can scan anything, and send it to your pc once you have it set up. You can also send it to your phone if the bluetooth is on. Either single, or multiple pages. Hope that helps.

It would depend on the book width. Like most scanners, this one works best with single pages. If the book you are scanning is too wide (in terms of number of pages), it may not scan well. You'll want to use a larger sheet of paper or cloth to cover the scanning surface so that it looks as if you've closed the cover and it scans nicer.
