• A:Answer Press the right arrow > button which is next to the ok button to take you to line 2, then press the BS (backspace) key and it removes line 2 and you're back to 1 line. If you want to add the second line back, just press enter and you have 2 lines again.

• A:Answer The Brother PTD220 label maker requires Six AAA alkaline batteries (LR03) Or Six AAA Ni MH batteries (HR03) for power. It can also be powered by an optional AC adapter (AD24ES/AD24ESA/AD24ESAW/AD24ESA01/AD24ESAW01). The PTD220 uses Brother's TZe label tapes.
