Questionno matter what I do (change water filter, coffee) the coffee tastes bitter. I have tried using less coffee but then it is just weak coffee that tastes bitter. Any suggestions?

QuestionThe slide open top does not have a little plastic “lever” that activates the water to release when brewing coffee, like the other models. How does this slide top activate the release of water when closed?

QuestionOn the NHS, where is the “rocker arm” located and how would you replace or put it on

- Answer The rocker arm is located in the water holding tray at the top of the machine. You can remove the entire top of the machine much like you would a tupperware lid, the the rocker arm just clips into place.
