“no matter what I do (change water filter, coffee) the coffee tastes bitter. I have tried using less coffee but then it is just weak coffee that tastes bitter. Any suggestions?”

You may benefit from a different sprayhead. Please call BUNN customer service at 1-800-286-2866 and we would be happy to troubleshoot this with you and send you the free part that you need.

Please try again later.I use Gevalia brand coffee, available in grocery stores, Walmart, Target etc. If you like, try a touch of half and half cream as it takes the edge off bitterness. I also use filtered water as our tap water is hard-water with mineral buildup. Good luck!
