“Hi we have couple of 3 way (50-100-150) light stands available at Walmart or similar other stores. Does the bulbs work on the same light stand? If yes then at what setting the light stand switch should be?”

You leave the entire fixture on at all times, then use the app or voice control to turn the bulbs on individually or as a group.

The easiest way to know if you're on the right setting is that the bulb will illuminate and will not flicker.
