  • QuestionCan this go over the gas model burners? And if so what is the minimum measurement between gas burners( propane actually) and bottom of microwave?

    • Answer Hi Anita, thanks for your question! Yes, this microwave can be installed over a gas range! We're finding that page 6 of this microwave's installation instructions provide the mounting space dimensions for this unit to be properly installed. The bottom of the above cabinets need to be at least 30" from the cooking surface. We'd recommend taking a look at the diagram mentioned on page 6 if you have any other questions about the mounting space needed for this model. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael

  • QuestionDoes this model have the speed cook feature like advantium? Is it also a regular oven?

  • QuestionCan this unit sit on the counter rather than be installed over a range?

    • Answer Hi there - Thanks for your interest in our beautiful Café microwave. Over-the-range microwave ovens cannot be used on a counter or shelf and are not UL (Underwriters Laboratory) approved for this purpose. The underside is not flat on an over-the-range microwave which would not provide a stable surface. Additionally, there can be a heat issue, especially if the vent fan or surface lights were accidentally turned on. We hope this information is helpful. Have a wonderful day! -Don@Café

Press the Settings button and turn the dial to select Clock Set. Press the dial to enter. 2.) Turn the dial to set hours. Press the dial to enter. 3.) Turn the dial to set minutes. The handle is the only option used to open the door. Customization includes changing the base color and the hardware color (handle and knob). We sure hope this helps.     • Answer Hello there, great question. The cavity dimensions for the width are 21-5/8''. This convection microwave comes with 2 racks: Square rack (WB48X10064) and a round rack (WB48X35378) which can be purchased separately as well.   • QuestionHow many inches above the cooktop does this have to be?

    • Answer Hello - this is a great question! Over-the-range microwaves, such as this model, must be installed 30" from the cooktop to the bottom of the cabinet it attaches to. This can also be measured as 66" from the floor to the bottom of the cabinet that the microwave attaches to. Page 6 of the installation instructions provides a helpful diagram to better visualize the mounting requirements (linked on our website). We hope this helps!     • Answer Hello - thanks for reaching out. This over-the-range microwave cannot be used on top of a counter, as it is designed to be installed above a cooktop, range, or counter. Perhaps this smart countertop microwave oven will work for you: model #CEB515P4NWM. It has similar cubic feet and, just like the over-the-range microwave, it also has a convection cooking feature. Additionally, the countertop model comes equipped with a WiFi Connect feature that allows you to control your oven with your smart device or simply your voice. We hope this help!
