- Answer This CKS70DP2NS1 27” wall oven is only available in a Stainless Steel finish. It comes equipped with Brushes Stainless hardware but is compatible with an optional Flat Black hardware kit, which is part number CXWS7H0PNFB, sold separately. -- We do not currently offer a 27” wall oven in a Matte Black finish, but we truly appreciate your suggestion. - Answer Hello - This model does offer a traditional baking cooking mode. The traditional bake mode is intended for single rack cooking. - Answer Hi there - that’s a great question! This model preheats in approximately 10 to 20 minutes. It is also helpful to know that when the Remote Enable button is engaged on the SmartHQ app, you can use your smart phone to preheat your oven remotely and get notifications when the oven is preheated.
