Q: QuestionCan this microwave to placed under the cafe single oven also? we prefer it being under as most of our cooking will be in a regular oven. thank you

• A:Answer Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us with this great question. The installation of the Café CSB912P2NS1 model Advantium under a wall oven is not approved. We have not tested this configuration for reliability and safety and do not recommend it. Our wall ovens exhaust from the bottom of the oven so this would be directly over the control panel of the CSB912P2NS1 which could damage the electronics. This is a beautiful oven and we do hope you choose it for your home. All our best! Vikki@Café

Q: QuestionDo I need to install the bottom trim piece? If I choose not to, will it have any effect on this oven/microwave's proper operation?

• A:Answer Hi there - thanks for reaching out about this beautiful Café Advantium Oven. Microwave trim is designed to provide a built-in look while also providing air flow necessary to the microwave. It is very important to install the trim as designed to ensure the Oven will function properly. We cannot recommend altering, redesigning, or modifying an appliance, part, or accessory. Our products are designed, tested, and manufactured to specific specifications. On new products, we offer a warranty based on these specifications, so any modification may void this warranty. Also, we do not recommend any change or removal of parts that may affect the performance of that product. For example, if the legs on a microwave or refrigerator were removed, it could impede the air flow under the product and result in poor performance and/or product failure. Q: QuestionDoes this product include microwave function and its 120 voltage? I believe this is a same product as one in home depot but they don't match(Model# is same: CSB912P2NS1)
