• I don't see why it wouldn't connect to a mifi. It would see it as just another viable network. I can be hard wired but it is a wifi device as well so both options work.

• It can connect to WiFi but it has to be a fast connection to otherwise it doesn't stream clearly.

• It is best that you have either Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Cellular generated internet probably will not hold up to the amount of data it would need to record to their Cloud then transmit to you
