“In regards to the toners, example: once a certain color is empty, can I still print with the black toner black and white, will it let me still print? or do I need to replace the empty toner before I can print anything again? Thank you in advance!”

Yes, you can still print just in black even after other colors are drained. The printer alerts you and you just select to continue printing. The life of the black toner is much longer than the printer will indicate. Just keep on going until you visibly see the quality is less than you like and then replace it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes - but stand by the copier when you turn it on. It'll give an error message that won't go away until you respond. You have to tell it that yes, you want to continue printing no matter how bad it might look, then go into your printer properties and tell it to print only grayscale or black/white. It's a royal pain.
