Well, this kit looks like it comes with two lenses. The camera body is the same. But this one comes an extra lens, (a zoom lens) and a camera bag. The bag isn't all that helpful, I felt it was a little awkward. I would rather have a camera backpack. This is a better deal because you get two lenses instead of one. Also the bag, which I personally didn't like.
