- Answer It’s pretty good, when you review the footage on the actual camera the quality sounds bad but once you upload the footage to your computer, it’s pretty good. I use it for YouTube videos.

QuestionI see that this package comes with the Rode external microphone. The Canon G7x doesn't have a hotshoe for this does it? How would that microphone attach to this camera?
