I bought mine Dec 19/2020 & it has quit heating.It has a 1 year warranty. I contacted them by e-mail because they never answer their phone !!! I was contacted back by e-mail asking for a copy of the original invoice & some man dates etc. 12 days later. It has been another 10 days w/no response !! I tried calling them again & finally hung up after 1hour & 10 minutes on hold. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE THIS AIR FRYER !!!!!!!!!!
