• A:Answer kilsekddd, Thank you for your question! While the system is capable of running Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, when sold through Best Buy, our configurations are pre-set, including the O/S. Should you wish to upgrade the O/S at some point after receiving the system, however, you could do so. Thank you again!

Q: QuestionThe sound input and sound output is not sharing one connection. How can I listen and talk at the same time?

• A:Answer Thank you for asking! There are separate connections for input and output on the system. If designed for use with a PC, a headset should either by default also have separate connections (1 for microphone, and 1 for speaker/headphone), or, come with an adapter to split a single, combined connector into those separate connectors. Of course, if using separate devices, then each should have its own connector, and simply need plugged into the appropriate port on the PC. Q: QuestionWhy monitor doesn't show anything? I didn't do anything after I got the desktop. Just connect the power cable and HDMI to my monitor. And after I turned on the desktop, there's no signal on my monitor.

• A:Answer Thank you for asking; we're happy to help! As currently shipping, this system has two sets of video ports, one of which is active. One set is on the motherboard, while the other is on the video card itself. The ports on the motherboard are normally disabled prior to shipping, leaving those on the video card as the only active video ports. Please check that the display is connected to one of the ports on the video card, instead of the motherboard. The motherboard video ports will be near the top of the system, among the various USB, audio, network and other ports. The ports on the video card will be more towards the middle of the system, in a horizontal row. Once connected to one of these ports, a video signal should be delivered to the display. Q: QuestionIs it possible to add a existing hard drive from a computer into this one, without messing up anything with the built-in hard drive?

• A:Answer Shampoo, The short answer is that, you can install another drive into the system, as there are available bays. Doing so, as with modifying the configuration in general, will not void the warranty or Free Lifetime Technical Support that we provide. Whether or not moving the drive from an existing system will have the desired effect, will depend on what you are attempting to accomplish. If you are simply wanting to keep data; pictures, music, movies, documents, etc., as long as you have a compatible viewer / reader / player installed, this should work easily and without issue. If you are seeking to easily transfer installed programs, games, the O/S load of the other system, etc., there will likely be other factors to consider. Please note that this would be true of any system, not just this CLX SET.
