“Is the RAM upgradable without breaking the warranty? Also, is Bluetooth built into this or not?”

Modifying the configuration does not void the warranty or Free Lifetime Technical Support that we provide, so please feel free to upgrade the memory, if you so choose. As currently shipping (08/27/2019), this system does arrive with Bluetooth 4.2 capabilities.
