While there were some initial issues with some of the RTX cards, these have been, to a significant degree, resolved.
However, this is not to say that there is not still a chance of such an issue, regardless of brand / model of card.
While our intensive testing catches most issues, it is still possible for a system to develop an issue after being shut down and packaged for shipment. In those uncommon instances where this occurs, we of course stand firmly behind our product, and will gladly remedy the issue.
