- Answer Depends on the car you install it into. However, most cases it'll be Lock, Unlock, Lock (to avoid accidentally starting the car by mashing the lock button)

QuestionAnyone know 1) how long remote start will run before being shutting off automatically? 2) can I leave the vehicle running (regardless of how I started) and locking the doors via remote? I want to leave my car on, vehicle running for my dog.

- Answer For me when I had this installed at bestbuy I got mine set to 15 minutes after the start then it will shut off I’m not sure what’s the highest it can be set to and if you have power lock door it will start the vehicle and keep the doors locked or lock the doors until you unlock. Once you remote start it a timer is showed in the app on how long before it turns off. So that said if you was to get this product make sure to tell whoever’s installing it ask them what’s the longest they can set the timer to because it they will have to program everything before installing it

- Answer No you can use the key fob included. The plans are very pretty inexpensive compared to car manufacturers like Hyundai. If you pay upfront for the year you get a better deal. Also, i got the basic package instead of the premium, because I didn’t need gps tracking,

- Answer It depends, if you unlocked the vehicle with your key ( different make and model vary) it normally deactivates the alarm automatically. In that case yes you can. If you vehicle does not deactivate the alarm, then the engine mobilizer will not allow the vehicle to start until you hit the disarm button.

- Answer I’m almost positive that it can! I have a Jeep Wrangler so it’s manual locks. When I had this installed, I believe I was told you could indeed add that feature. -It’s another step but should be able to be completed.

- Answer Yes it will work with diesel or gas turbos. It has special cool off features for the turbo as well.

- Answer It should, the Subaru brand has “basic” interior. Easy for Geek Squad Auto to place it. You should ask them to make sure, all it does is plugs in to your stock alarm. I really like it. I’m subscribing to the monthly app service, it shows car interior temperature, GPS to track car and locks automatically.

QuestionCan this control heated seats and or heated rear windshield?

- Answer Negative. It maintains temp by cranking and warming up and then turning back off. So, It doesn't activate or deactivate any features or temp controls. You would preset the heater to on and all hot and then it will start up when it drops below a certain temp and heat up to that temp you want it to heat up to and then turn off again. So, using this feature you'll have your car starting on and off all night.

- Answer Yes, it’ll work just fine. Need the T-harness. Some of the RX350 already come with remote start from the manufacture. Unless you’re looking for a better range as the original manufacturer has a very short range (30 ft?). Sometimes, Best Buy has special and they cover the t-harness with it.
