QuestionIs the app a necessity to start the vehicle or can I just buy the product & use the remote that comes with it?? The app seems like a hassle if it doesn’t work at times so will the remote still work regardless of the app??

- Answer The App is actually fantastic, personally I haven’t had any issues with it. But no you don’t need the app to start your car. You can use the remote only. But if you don’t want the app functionality I would recommend looking at a cheaper option as you would be paying more for the LTE and app functions with this unit.

- Answer They charged $99 to install and connect. The two young men who worked on my older car were fantastic, efficient and explained things very clearly. It was well worth it!

- Answer The module itself fits many vehicles. The associated wiring harness is specific to a given make/model/year vehicle. Check with your local store for exact wiring harness kit to purchase with the module. These modules work very well we’ve had two installed including one yesterday.
