A:AnswerI have a desk top that is 6 years old and is on the old windows 8... I was having problems with a lot of things on the computer. Not only was the geeks in the store able to upgrade my windows 8, but also had a representative come to my house (i requested it) and helped me with some other items, so now my computer is working great. It is six years old, and will need to be replaced sometime, but for now, with all the work the geeks did in the store and at my home I won't need to replace it for quite a while.
